Kanye West, known professionally as Ye, has been called hot by Complex. The American rapper, songwriter and record producer is listed among the greatest rappers of all time and regarded as one of hip-hop’s most prominent figures. His music, marked by frequent stylistic shifts, helped open space for artists who did not follow gangsta rap conventions, while his polarizing cultural and political commentary keeps him in the spotlight.

CNN en Español reported that West announced two concerts in Russia, billing him as the first major star to do so since the invasion of Ukraine. The Guardian, Reuters and Newsweek each confirmed the sold-out shows were later cancelled by organisers. The BBC also covered the initial tour announcement. The New York Post cited a report linking OpenAI to possible partnerships with China and Russia and a connection to West, while Yahoo Finance noted a viral claim about a $3.9 million Ethereum wallet attributed to him.

CBS News highlighted the honouring of Dr. Donda West, the rapper’s mother and a scholar, with a street name in South Shore. Forbes looked back five years at the world that shaped the album “Donda.” Wikipedia page views reflect sustained public interest in his evolving output, from music and fashion to headline-making ventures, keeping both media and audiences returning to his story.
